Where does Pinua come from?
Pinua means "pine" in Basque, in homage to the pine trees that line the French Atlantic coast. The logo incorporates a cherry, a nod to the famous Itxassou cherry, grown in the Basque Country.

Responsible Fashion
PINUA swimsuits are made in Portugal, with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified Italian fabrics. By choosing to produce in Europe, the brand supports local craftsmanship while minimizing its carbon footprint.
The jewelry adorning the Arca and Pyla models is made in Spain. And to stay true to PINUA's values, the packaging combines aesthetics and durability.

An Australian Crush
In October 2025, I moved to Byron Bay, Australia. What was supposed to be a brief interlude turned into love at first sight: the light, the ocean, the energy of this coast completely captivated me. It was here, between two waves, that I started to imagine the second PINUA collection, new pieces inspired by this unique seaside lifestyle. Today, PINUA is growing between two continents, between the Arcachon basin and the beaches of the Australian east coast.

It was during this period that I began to design PINUA, to participate in trade fairs to meet specialized factories, and to lay the foundations of my project.
Creation of PINUA
August 2024
PINUA was born in the summer of 2024. That's when I designed the first models of reversible swimsuits with our partner factory in Portugal.
The launch of PINUA
April 2025
The official launch of PINUA took place on April 19, 2025, marking the beginning of an inspiring adventure. With reversible jerseys made in Europe, combining style and durability, I brought my vision to life: to offer elegant and responsible fashion, in line with my values.
PINUA IS GROWING
SUMMER 2026
In 2026, PINUA is expanding its presence across France and beyond: partner resellers, consignment stores, and pop-up stores in Saint-Martin, Andernos-les-Bains, Arcachon, at Printemps in Paris, and in Reunion Island. This new step confirms the brand's establishment, between the Arcachon basin and national influence.
PINUA Comes to Australia
PINUA in Byron Bay
Since September 2026, PINUA swimsuits have been available in Australia, directly from Byron Bay. Thanks to local stock, Australian customers benefit from reduced delivery times, and can even come and try on collections on site. This is a new step that further anchors PINUA between two continents, between the Arcachon basin and the Australian coast.
