Any internet user may review the T&Cs from any page of the Site. The T&Cs apply without restriction or reservation to all Items offered for sale on the Site. Any Order on the Site is conditional upon the Customer's prior and unreserved review and acceptance of these T&Cs and the applicable prices. Confirming an Order, following the ordering procedure offered on the Site, constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs. These T&Cs take precedence over any other document.
WARNING
The sale of Items on the Site is exclusively reserved for retail sale to individual consumers.
Under no circumstances may the Site be used by professional seller Customers, alone or grouped together, regardless of how they market their products (online marketplaces, shopping galleries, intermediaries, physical stores, etc.).
The Customer therefore acknowledges and accepts that Items may only be purchased in quantities corresponding to the average needs of a consumer, both in terms of the number of Items ordered in a single Order and the number of individual Orders placed for the same product respecting the usual quantity of an average consumer.
PINUA reserves the right to refuse an Order that has clearly been placed by a professional seller Customer.
Every Customer declares that they are aware of the inherent unreliability of the Internet, particularly regarding the relative security of data transmission, the lack of guaranteed continuity of access to the Site, the lack of guaranteed performance in terms of data transmission volume and speed, and the risk of virus propagation.
PINUA advises every Customer of the need to implement appropriate security solutions and measures on their computer or portable/mobile device to prevent the spread of viruses.
As the T&Cs may be amended, the applicable terms are those in effect on the Site on the date your Order is placed.
The handling of a defective or non-conforming Item (replacement or refund) or the exercise of a right of withdrawal cannot be carried out directly in PINUA's physical stores.
Customers must go through the Site for all claims relating to Items purchased online on the Site.
Likewise, an Item purchased in one of PINUA's stores cannot be handled through the Site's services.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
The Items available for sale are those listed on the Site. Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site.
They are offered subject to the availability shown on the Site.
PINUA reserves the right to withdraw any Item from sale at any time and/or to replace or modify any information associated with the Items appearing on this Site.
In the event an Item becomes unavailable after an Order has been placed, the Customer will be notified by email and the Order will be automatically cancelled.
The characteristics of the Items sold on the Site (photographs, graphics and descriptions of the Items, etc.) are provided for information purposes only and may vary over time. They are not contractually binding.
Only the visual representation of the Item displayed at the time of the Order should be taken into account by the Customer.
In the event of errors or omissions relating to the description of an Item, PINUA's liability is limited to reimbursing the Customer for reasonable return shipping costs incurred.
ORDERING ITEMS
Every Order requires the Customer to register or be identified via their Customer Account.
The Customer declares that they are at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity, or, if a minor, guarantees that they hold parental authorization to place their Order.
To place an Order, the Customer must follow the online purchasing process and click "Order" to submit the Order.
Payment of the Order constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs, the price of the Items, and the content of the Order.
After payment is validated, PINUA sends the Customer an email confirming their Order.
Every Order is subject to PINUA's prior acceptance and is only definitively confirmed once the Customer receives an email confirming the shipment of the Item(s).
If the Customer does not receive any email following their Order, they should contact PINUA customer service by email via the contact form on the Site's "Contact" page.
PINUA cannot under any circumstances be held liable for a data entry error or a transmission error preventing delivery of the confirmation email and/or the Items.
The Customer is advised to print the confirmation email for their Order.
For any question regarding the tracking of an Order, the Customer should contact customer service by email using the contact form on the Site's "Contact" page, making sure to clearly state their Order number.
PRICE OF ITEMS
Prices are shown on the Site in euros, including tax, excluding processing and shipping charges.
They take into account any discounts applicable on the day of the Order.
Any new taxes or contributions, particularly environmental ones, may be passed on to the sale price of the Items.
Product prices do not include delivery charges (postage, packaging and parcel preparation, according to rates in effect).
The amount of shipping charges is specified on the Site before the Order is confirmed.
PINUA reserves the right to modify the prices of Items at any time; Items are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time each Order is confirmed.
The price of Items invoiced is therefore the price indicated at the time of the Order.
OWNERSHIP OF ITEMS
ITEMS REMAIN THE FULL PROPERTY OF PINUA UNTIL THE PRICE HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL, WHICH THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND ACCEPTS.
PAYMENT OF THE ORDER
The price invoiced to the Customer is the price indicated in the Order confirmation sent to the Customer by email.
The Order is payable immediately, by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or by electronic wallet (PayPal Wallet or Apple Pay).
The Customer is notified by email, once the Order has shipped, that their invoice, including delivery charges, is available online in their Customer Account.
Transactions carried out on the Site are entrusted to a secure online payment platform.
They are secured by an advanced protection solution, guaranteeing highly secure pages for entering payment data: card number, expiry date and visual cryptogram.
This platform encrypts and transmits this payment data to the bank, confidentially, and makes it inaccessible to third parties.
DELIVERY TERMS

The Customer bears full and exclusive responsibility for the risks relating to the Items from the time of delivery.
In accordance with customs regulations, any shipment from mainland France to French Overseas Territories (DOM-COM) or other destinations (e.g. Switzerland) and vice versa may require the payment of customs duties upon arrival.
