Behind the scenes of the first PINUA shoot – AMETSA Collection

April 05 & 06, 2025 – Pyla-sur-Mer

The weekend of April 5, 2025, will forever be etched in PINUA's history. It was in Pyla-sur-Mer, the natural and symbolic heart of our brand, that we organized the first official photoshoot for the AMETSA collection. A collection conceived as an ode to escape, dreams, and the wild beauty of the Atlantic coast.

A typical house to set the scene

On Saturday morning, the team gathered in a typical Pyla house, with a warm and inspiring atmosphere, perfect for recreating the PINUA universe. Surrounded by pine trees and bathed in natural light, our models Maëliss, Kahaia, Romane, Marie, as well as Loanie, co-founder of the brand and model for this first collection, brought AMETSA to life.

An afternoon between dunes and golden light

In the afternoon, we headed to the majestic Dune du Pilat, a true symbol of our region. In this spectacular environment, the models were captured in exceptional conditions.
The sunset on the beach, at the end of the day, offered a unique golden light, giving the images a poetic and powerful character.

A passionate and committed team

To visually capture this adventure, we had the chance to collaborate with professionals:

• Mathis Oyarzun (@kanohi_studio), photographer, captured every moment with sensitivity and precision

• Nathan Peyre (@nate_productions), videographer, documented every moment with authenticity

• Ambre Anfosso (@anfossart), editor of the collection's teaser, brought her artistic touch to tell the essence of AMETSA in images

A Sunday with feet in the sand

The next day, the team continued the photoshoot on the beach of Petit Nice, very close to the dune. This natural, wild, and open setting offered a new dimension to the collection: rawer, freer. Barefoot in the sand, hair in the wind, the models embodied the freedom and authenticity that we wish to convey through each piece.

A collection born from a dream, rooted in reality

This first photoshoot marks a symbolic and emotional step for PINUA. The AMETSA collection – "dream" in Basque – comes to life where it all began: between ocean, forest, and light. This weekend was much more than a visual production; it was a collective experience, a suspended moment, where our values, our creativity, and our deep attachment to the region met.
